I believe that good nutrition is a combination of healthy eating, exercise, knowledge, and a positive attitude. Therefore, getting and staying healthy is not as difficult as it may seem. As an Integrative, Holistic Health Coach, I can help you get a realistic, long term plan into action that will transform your life. Because I believe that everyone is unique, I approach each client as an individual, concentrating on offering a customized consulting experience for each and every person. 

My workshops and educational materials are customized to match a target audience, incorporating plans that are realistic, long-term and successful. I offer several programs which include multiple teaching techniques that can be applied to wide range of lifestyles, schedules and budgets. I will provide you with tools to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice, as well as help determine what changes are necessary for you to achieve your goals. 

Focusing on a healthy diet and lifestyle when you are busy and stressed, is not as difficult as you may think. It’s not about changing bad habits - it’s about getting rid of bad habits and replacing them with good habits.

Working together I will show you how to develop an understanding of your relationship with food, how food affects the way you feel and strategies for controlling your food instead of letting food control you.

One of the concepts we’ll explore during our work together is Bio-Individuality: an approach that takes into account each person’s unique food and lifestyle needs. Working with the principle of Bio-Individuality, I will help you make positive changes based on your ancestral background, personal health history, lifestyle, challenges, preferences and goals.
